I finally got a few painting finished some peonies on a wooden panel with some ornamental work and a blue panel with sunlit roses

Now im ready to start my new dining room, I wanted to have it started by now before Spring cleanup and planting but didnt get a chance to start it like I wanted so I'll just have to work outside along with painting my dining room. Sometime during this summer ill be starting to renovate  the top floor of a building my husband and I have for my art gallery, I cant believe at age 50 I am finally getting to have a gallery of my own- it will be a lot of remodeling work- but also will be exciting. I always love new challenges. First I do need to finnish my outdoor patio project from last Summer before I start a new idea

This is an area in front of my shed on a large patio- I started not finished with it yet- building a stone bar and a fireplace still working on the stone floor even started grapes!!  I did this so I would not  just have a plain wall where my shed is so I made it look  a little like a cafe with a fake window and door

Still didnt get to complete a large painting I was working on, I kept having to stop for other things as always  not enough hours in the day to do everything Id like too, so I set it aside for when I have time to complete.

This is a small painting I just did with some ornament.

Romantic Room

Well I didnt get finished with my  patio project outside,  I'll have to resume next Spring . I am currently working on a large painting, but took a week off to redo my bedroom and paint all the furniture , I had an inspiration and worked quick to get it completed . After this painting I am working on , I am too excited to start my dining room with murals and painted furniture but the style I want for that room is 18th century French Rococo cant wait!!

Floral Garden Painting

Still working on  many projects outside, trying to hurry though I cant wait to redo some rooms in my home. I did manage to get a painting done to donate for project Sweet Peas-- It looks small but is a 16 x 20 will be getting some prints made though

Sorry such  a short post doing this painting made me realize I really cant wait to get back to painting I really miss painting everyday but I am almost done with my major projects outside - I plan on having some fun redoing my dining room with some new murals and painted furniture

Violet

  This is a little corner of my yard and a vintage bike,where I plant all purples My rose of sharon and lilacs are in this area I still want to make a little lavender door for the corner. I Still havent been able to get in my studio to paint I didnt realize how many projects I was going to do this summer.This is probably the longest break I have ever taken I usually spend my summer painting everyday so this is actually the first time I did some renovations, I think the break is good Im getting so many inspirations for paintings.

 Im still in the middle of a stone patio project cant wait to complete.  Then I will be able to start painting again-- When Im done outside I have this idea of completely redoing my dining room, Im very excited about that renovation!

Romantic garden

I love creating paintings that have that old stone look Im going to take a short break painting so I can do some outdoor projects but I will be excited to start again and create some more stone style.  I hope everyone is enjoying  this beautiful weather outdoors .
